Led by drummer/guitarist/songwriter Dirk Verbeuren (Megadeth) with all-star cohorts Sven de Caluw (Aborted) on vocals and Shane Embury (Napalm Death) on bass, raucous trio Bent Sea blasts forth The Dormant Ruin, their 14-years-in-the-making, debut full-length release.

Mangling the blueprint of classic grind by infusing it with death/black/industrial elements and unhealthy doses of dissonance and an undeniable sense of urgency, The Dormant Ruin skillfully transcends the band’s early output via 20 songs in just over 33 minutes.

Produced by Daniel Bergstrand (Meshuggah, Dark Funeral) and featuring guest appearances by Kevin Sharp (Venomous Concept, ex-Brutal Truth), John Cooke (Venomous Concept, Napalm Death) and Sylvain Coudret (Soilwork, Scarve), The Dormant Ruin is gale-force grind and it’s fierce. Get your copy now before they are all swept away!
